No 10-Year Payoff Guarantee

The name 10Yi and references to a potential mortgage payoff period of approximately ten years describe an objective or potential strategy and do not constitute a promise or guarantee that a participant's mortgage will be paid off within ten years or within any other specified period.

The actual time required to pay off a mortgage depends upon numerous factors, including loan terms, interest rates, additional principal payments, refinancing decisions, income, expenses, participant behavior, property-related expenses, and other circumstances.

No Debt-Elimination Guarantee

The 10Yi Program does not guarantee that participation will eliminate debt, make a participant debt-free, reduce any particular debt balance, or result in forgiveness or waiver of any debt obligation.

The Program may identify strategies intended to help participants evaluate ways to manage, consolidate, restructure, or reduce certain debt obligations when appropriate.

No Investment or Income Guarantee

• Acquire investment property;
• Generate rental or passive income;
• Earn a particular return;
• Experience property appreciation;
• Increase net worth;
• Create a specific amount of wealth or equity; or
• Achieve financial independence or any other particular financial outcome.
