• Date of birth and other identifying information;
• Employment, income, asset, liability, and financial information;
• Mortgage and real estate information, including property ownership, estimated property value, mortgage balances, and related information;
• Credit-related information, including credit scores or credit information when obtained with appropriate authorization;
• Information and documents voluntarily provided by you;
• Information concerning transactions or potential transactions with EMB Lenders;
• Information obtained from consumer reporting agencies, lenders, service providers, public records, and other authorized third-party sources;
• Technical information associated with use of the Platform, which may include IP address, browser/device information, access dates and times, authentication activity, and security or audit logs.

How We May Use Information

• Provide and administer the 10Yi Program;
• Prepare personalized mortgage-related analyses and potential financial scenarios;
• Evaluate mortgage financing alternatives;
• Process or assist with mortgage loan inquiries and applications;
• Communicate with participants regarding their analysis, potential strategies, mortgage financing, and related services;
• Maintain client records;
• Verify information provided to us;
• Improve the functionality, security, and performance of the Platform;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, unauthorized access, and security incidents;
• Satisfy legal, regulatory, licensing, compliance, audit, and record-retention requirements; and
• Perform other activities permitted or required by applicable law.

How Information May Be Shared

EMB Lenders does not sell personal financial information.

Information may be disclosed as necessary or permitted by law to parties involved in providing or supporting services requested by the consumer, including mortgage lenders, mortgage service providers, settlement-service providers, credit reporting agencies, technology providers, data providers, professional service providers, and other parties involved in processing or evaluating a transaction.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, regulatory examination, law-enforcement request, or other lawful process.

Our sharing of nonpublic personal information is subject to applicable federal and state privacy requirements and EMB Lenders' applicable GLBA Privacy Notice.

Information Security

EMB Lenders maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Access to information maintained through the Platform is limited based upon business need, user authorization, role, and other applicable access controls.

No Internet-based information system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely upon or integrate with third-party technology, data, communication, financial, or mortgage-service providers. Use of information by those parties may also be subject to their respective privacy obligations and policies.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending upon applicable law and EMB Lenders' information-sharing practices, consumers may have rights regarding certain uses or disclosures of their personal information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the Platform. The "Last Updated" date will identify the current version.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consumer choice before a material change in information-sharing practices, EMB Lenders will provide such notice.
